Guided meditations to relax and prepare for our nutrition segment, we will have 20 minutes of weight strength training for entire body, including core, 5 minutes of meditation and 30 minutes of wellness and nutritional guidance. Complete with handouts, recipes, and a fun party at the end where we will have healthy snacks/appetizers.
