Join me and you will find it here in Perfect FIT!  This class is for all fitness levels as we move through intervals that will challenge your cardio endurance, build lean muscles, blast fat and get you that toned mid section! We will burn more in 45 minutes as we spike our metabolisms with short intervals. TRX 101 NEW Class -Will resume in September-Dates to be announced

*6 week series run once a week. TRX 101 is a full body workout that will improve overall flexibility as you gain core and muscle strength.  The TRX straps are made to move and depending on the positioning of your body, we will be working and  building power, strength, core stability and balance. Any fitness level can do this class but it is focused on beginners.

Yoga+Fit Classes- Morning & Evening Class Oct 2nd- Nov 6th

 6am-7am & 6pm-7pm *6 week series runs once a week. 

​This class will blend yoga poses with fitness, such as strength and endurance training. We will target arms, legs, glutes and back and focus on core stability. Yoga fit is a great workout to help build lean muscle and stamina while teaching you flexibility and also how to relax!
