​This class will blend yoga poses with fitness, such as strength and endurance training. We will target arms, legs, glutes and back and focus on core stability. Yoga fit is a great workout to help build lean muscle and stamina while teaching you flexibility and also how to relax!

PERFECT FIT July 19th - August 23rd *6 week series runs once a week.

It’s what I get asked the most! "How can I can get the perfect butt, perfect abs, perfect legs and arms?" Join me for my new series and you will find it here in Perfect FIT!  This class is high intensity as we move through intervals that will challenge and build muscles, blast fat and give us that ripped core! We will burn more calories in 30 minutes as we spike our metabolisms with short intervals. The Perfect FIT works all the muscles groups...Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes/Butt, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps, Abs/Core to get you toned and sculpted.

TRX 101 NEW Class -Will resume in August-Dates to be announced

*6 week series run once a week. TRX 101 is a full body workout that will improve overall flexibility as you gain core and muscle strength.  The TRX straps are made to move and depending on the positioning of your body, we will be working and  building power, strength, core stability and balance. Any fitness level can do this class but it is focused on beginners.
