Join me and you will find it here in Perfect FIT!  This class is for all fitness levels as we move through intervals that will challenge your cardio endurance, build lean muscles, blast fat and get you that toned mid section! We will burn more in 45 minutes as we spike our metabolisms with short intervals. TRX 101 NEW Class -Dates to be announced

*6 week series run once a week. TRX 101 is a full body workout that will improve overall flexibility as you gain core and muscle strength.  The TRX straps are made to move and depending on the positioning of your body, we will be working and  building power, strength, core stability and balance. Any fitness level can do this class but it is focused on beginners.
